Barrow Hills School is an independent, co-educational day school and nursery welcoming girls and boys from 2 to 13 years of age. Teaching at Barrow Hills is based on the understanding that children vary in academic ability, learn and mature at different rates and discover areas of the curriculum which they enjoy and excel at. The family feel of the School is evident and the children clearly benefit from being members of a small community. Balanced with an ethos of strong pastoral care, children become well rounded high achievers. Extensive grounds provide excellent facilities that encourage play and exploration. They experience a wide variety of activities in order to develop their abilities without fear of failure. Our Open Mornings provide an opportunity for an informal tour of the school and the chance to meet pupils, teachers and members of the Senior Management Team, including the Headmaster.
