Gordonstoun is one of the UK’s leading independent schools for boarding from 8-18 and day pupils aged 4 ½ to 18.  Our school was described as ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Sector-leading’ in its most recent inspection report and voted the best boarding school in the UK in 2021.

As well as preparing students for exams, we prepare them for life. Gordonstoun has just celebrated it’s 90th year and 50 years of co-education.  It has won Best School Trip (for the pipe band’s visit to the Hong Kong Sevens Rugby) from the Independent Schools of the Year 2024 Awards and the Best of the Best for Extra Curricular offering from The Week Independent Schools Guide 2024.  Gordonstoun is also listed in the Tatler School Guide 2024 – The top Prep and Public Schools in the UK.
