Lichfield Cathedral School offers an all-through education from Nursery to Sixth Form, providing the security of knowing your child will have an exceptional start to their educational journey.

We offer an academically challenging environment where each one of our students is supported individually to fully realise their potential.  The magnificent surroundings of The Close and the beautiful countryside at Longdon enable pupils to benefit from the inspiring setting of the Cathedral and to explore our natural environment.  Christian values of tolerance, compassion, charity and kindness permeate the daily life of a child at the Cathedral School, and children of all faiths and none are welcomed.

Whilst we enjoy a superb reputation for music, particularly our superb choirs, there is no specific type of pupil or student here.  Our pupils are all gloriously different to one another and each flourishes in their own talents and abilities.  Competitive sport using professional facilities, a wide range of free afterschool clubs and activities, Forest School, LAMDA, the Duke of Edinburgh Award and plenty of educational trips including overseas, all build valuable life skills.

Choral Scholarships are available for pupils joining the Cathedral Choir; Academic, Art, Drama, Music and Sport Scholarships are available for entry to Year 7 and Year 12.
