St Edmund’s College is England’s oldest Catholic school, set in a 400-acre rural estate in Hertfordshire, yet within easy reach of London. St Edmund’s College offers modern facilities in a magnificent country setting, providing a safe and stimulating environment for young minds.

The College offers an all-round co-education for students from age 3 to 18, and for families from all faiths. The school aims to develop confident, caring, well-rounded students who are well prepared to go on to the next stage of their lives and to really make a difference in the world they live in.

We host regular Open Days and Open Mornings throughout the academic year, providing an excellent opportunity to experience first-hand all that the College and Prep have to offer. You are invited to hear from the Headmaster of the College and Prep, alongside speeches from the Head Boy and Head Girl. You can enjoy a tour of the College, Prep, Nursery, Sixth Form and boarding from current students, with the opportunity to speak with teachers directly. In line with current government guidance, you are also welcome to contact us to arrange for a private visit on a normal school day of either the Prep or College.
