West Buckland School, in the heart of stunning Devon, invites you to come and see why we are a Top 40 school, based on our outstanding A-level results and why we were shortlisted for the TES Boarding School of the Year 2019. Our Open Day offers parents the chance to tour our fabulous 90-acre campus with members of our Sixth Form, meet the Headmasters of our Prep and Senior schools, and see the school operating on a ‘normal’ school day.

West Buckland is blessed with being just 20 minutes from award-winning surfing beaches on the Atlantic and nestled between Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. The school makes the most of our idyllic location, with surfing, trekking, scuba diving and coasteering being offered as part of our extensive extra-curricular programme. Most importantly, our children have the space and fresh air to grow up in their own time, whilst harbouring their ambitions and dreams and going on to study at some of the country’s top universities.
